“It all started in August 1993,” Sugars says. “The company was launched from a spare bedroom; like most people starting out, I couldn’t afford an office. At the time I was running seminars for large groups of people, some of whom were keen for extra help. I couldn’t consult with them all, so I started this thing called coaching where I talked to them once a week and helped them out.”
“I started in business in my teenage years. By my early twenties, it had become more sophisticated. I’ve been mostly teaching from the stage, but I have also written 16 books on all aspects of business including sales, marketing, management, leadership, systemisation. All of the different areas of business that help someone to become a great entrepreneur.”

Why I started franchising?
"I didn't have the time to help all the people I wanted to..., so we turned to franchising," shares Founder, Brad Sugars.
"Franchising," he explains, "became an important option for three reasons. Number one was the need for local ownership. We were expanding internationally but it still made sense to have local owners who had an understanding of the local market. Just like an accounting firm or legal firm wants partners at a local level. The second reason was that we needed to have the right people on the ground. We weren't getting the calibre of employees that we needed because the industry was so young. Finally, franchising was, and is, able to bring capital and skills to the table as we grow."

I always look to the system for a solution. If a challenge arises I use a system correction before I look for a people correction. I follow the system exactly until a new system is introduced.

I am consistent in my actions so my clients and team mates can feel comfortable in dealing with me at all times. I am disciplined in my work so my results, growth and success are consistent.
13. Gratitude
I am a truly grateful person. I say thank you and show appreciation often and in many ways, so that all around me know how much I appreciate everything and everyone I have in my life.

I am an abundant person, I deserve my abundance and I am easily able to both give and receive it. I allow abundance in all areas of my life by respecting my own worth and that of all others.
