Tim Scala

Tim has been working with businesses for over 40 years. He began as a Banker since he was 18 and managed over 600 business clients during his years as a Business Banking Manager. He then became a State Manager in Business Banking and Head of Westpac’s Vanuatu business. In this role he was responsible for every facet of the business. He then went on to manage a wellness business across Australia and the Pacific and then was involved in property development. His next role saw him involved in a start up business as Managing Director and major shareholder which listed on the ASX within 12 months. For the past five years he has been consulting to large family-owned businesses, guiding them to be successful operating entities.
