Helping his dad turn their family business into a saleable asset, he later found his way along the Murray River as Captain of the Paddle Steamer Melbourne, alongside many other adventures.

These vast adventures and experiences have given Charlie the opportunity to wear many hats and honed many skills in the areas of team development, profit growth, stock control and marketing just to name a few, which have all contributed to a successful career as a professional businessman.

Where Charlie goes, success seems to follow, and one can see this through his track record of success. Charlie prides himself on achieving this feat from his experience running their family fishing business, managing an array of retail outlets, and his territory Sales Management role for WIN Television Network across two markets. Charlie has learnt that nothing in life is easy, but can be made easier, so he goes to work putting systems in place and in time watching productivity and growth increase.

Charlie’s passionate about almost all sports and in his spare time you will find him in his man cave or nearest pub with his family and friends watching their favourite teams battle it out or if you can’t find him there be sure to take a step outdoors where you will find his tent pitched for a relaxing weekend fishing.

Whilst Charlie enjoys a great work/life balance, he reflects back to what life used to be like growing up and realizes that many business owners don’t get to live their best life.
