Adam began his working career, starting as a junior moving through to Assistant Manager covering sales, stock control, production schedules, Wages, Super, Group Tax, Sales Tax and much more before changing paths into design technology. The next 20 years covered varied roles from technical support, sales, operations and senior management positions. Buying into a business and having a start-up business profitable within 6 months. With a focus on sales, marketing and operations, Adam has a keen eye for process improvement. His practical small business experience coupled with a track record of corporate level success make him an invaluable resource for business owners.
