The journey from being an Entrepreneur to being a Business Coach wasn’t easy. However, with dedication and focus, anything can be attained. From starting my journey as a Refrigeration Air Conditioning Mechanic to owning an Air Conditioning business, followed by a Hairdressing Salon, and finally stepping into business coaching with ActionCOACH has been a journey.

Having owned businesses has given me the exposure to understand various businesses and also the problems that come along the way. As a Business Coach, I now help business owners in finding where exactly the Profit and Time are leaking from. I also assist by helping the business owner measure and eliminate that leak and maximise the profit and control over that particular section of the business.

Since 2002 I have helped over 100 business owners achieve their goals and take their business to the next level. My clients have achieved double and triple-digit growth in Profitability accomplished through improvements in Sales, Marketing, Team Training, Systems development, and Strategic Planning. I’ve helped business owners grow from an “Owner wears all hats” approach to develop a result driven and Profitable team, allowing the business owners to focus on the areas they enjoy.
