After 13 years developing and driving my own businesses and gaining an MBA, I thought I had a handle on business principles, methods, and practices. Then I joined ActionCOACH and discovered how much I didn't know. The CORRECT way to market, the importance and intricacies of SELLING, and the importance of LEVERAGING myself to enable the business to grow to name just three. After 12 years of learning those lessons and teaching them to my clients as a globally successful coach, I stepped up to the next level to lead the ActionCOACH Franchise across Australia and New Zealand and then Asia Pacific. Now, after 18 years with ActionCOACH, I've stepped back from all the management and leadership responsibilities BUT still remain passionate about matching the right people to what is one of the most satisfying and valuable business careers and opportunities on the planet.

Franchise Partner Selection Manager, which has 2 objectives; 1. To guide business people that are keen to know more about this industry and ActionCOACH's position within it through a Discovery process to see if it's a match to their objectives, and; 2.
