Robin Olivier
Robin has a passion for people and recognises the importance of great company culture to cultivate the success of any business. He works with his clients to create a vision for their business and ensure that the company culture, values and those of the employees are matched. As a business owner, he knows the power that lies in aligning the right people with the right roles and ensuring that talents are grown and nurtured to support the vision and goals of businesses. He has extensive experience in the mentorship of small businesses, having been commissioned in South Africa by the Western Cape government to mentor start ups to strengthen the local economy. Robin’s success is born from his innate curiosity, natural leadership capabilities, and his unwavering willingness to learn and share, not from always having the best answers, but from asking the best questions.
Having worked for a range of different companies as an employee, and having established four companies himself, Robin understands that to be successful and reach your full potential, there has to be balance. Practicing what he preaches, when Robin is not coaching businesses you will find him spending quality time with his greatest supporter and loving wife Michelle and their two sons or look out to sea and you might just find him surfing a wave or two. His vision is to help his clients bring the same balance into their lives, so they can live the lifestyle they deserve.
